Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pelayanan Publik: Studi Kementerian Agama Di Kabupaten Asmat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemberdayaan masyarakat oleh Kementerian Agama di Kabupaten Asmat, dengan fokus pada mekanisme pelayanan berbasis lokal dan dampaknya terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan 30 hingga 40 subjek dari berbagai kelompok, seperti petugas Kementerian Agama, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, dan masyarakat lokal yang terlibat dalam program pemberdayaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dan triangulasi data untuk memastikan validitas temuan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan berbasis lokal yang mempertimbangkan budaya dan tradisi masyarakat Asmat meningkatkan partisipasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah. Program pemberdayaan berbasis nilai agama juga memperkuat kohesi sosial, meningkatkan keterampilan, serta mengurangi kesenjangan sosial-ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Meskipun ada tantangan terkait infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas, pendekatan berbasis kolaborasi dan pemahaman budaya lokal terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dan menyesuaikan kebijakan dengan kondisi lokal guna mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di daerah terpencil.
