Dakwah Digital Multimazhab: Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Islam Moderat Di Era Post-Truth

Era post-truth telah menciptakan lanskap komunikasi digital yang ditandai oleh dominasi emosi atas fakta, polarisasi opini, serta menguatnya narasi keagamaan yang eksklusif dan seringkali bersifat provokatif. Dalam konteks Islam, ruang digital menjadi arena baru bagi dakwah lintas mazhab yang tidak jarang memperlihatkan fragmentasi tajam akibat disparitas pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi dakwah Islam moderat yang dilakukan oleh berbagai mazhab di media digital, khususnya dalam upaya merespons tantangan era post-truth dan membangun sinergi intra-umat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui metode analisis wacana kritis dan netnografi digital, penelitian ini mengkaji konten dakwah dari beberapa kanal YouTube, akun Instagram, dan TikTok yang merepresentasikan spektrum mazhab Islam secara moderat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi moderat menekankan prinsip inklusivitas, bahasa dialogis, pemanfaatan simbol-simbol persatuan, serta pendekatan kontekstual berbasis maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Dakwah digital multimazhab yang berorientasi pada moderatisme terbukti memiliki potensi dalam mereduksi ketegangan mazhabiyah dan membangun kohesi sosial di ruang maya, asalkan dikembangkan dengan kesadaran epistemologis, etika digital, dan strategi komunikasi yang adaptif terhadap dinamika post-truth. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan paradigma dakwah trans-mazhab berbasis teknologi dan menawarkan kerangka konseptual baru dalam studi komunikasi Islam kontemporer.
