Analisis Budaya Organisasi Perguruan Tinggi Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Dan Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen dan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi swasta di Merauke. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengungkapkan tantangan spesifik yang dihadapi oleh perguruan tinggi di daerah tersebut dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan pimpinan perguruan tinggi yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang berkaitan dengan budaya organisasi dan kinerja akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di perguruan tinggi swasta di Merauke memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja akademik, baik dalam aspek pengajaran maupun motivasi mahasiswa. Budaya yang fleksibel dan informal di perguruan tinggi swasta memungkinkan hubungan yang lebih dekat antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan manajemen, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan seperti komunikasi yang kurang optimal dan kurangnya struktur dalam pengembangan profesionalisme dosen serta keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pengembangan budaya organisasi yang lebih terbuka, inklusif, dan mendukung kolaborasi antar civitas akademika untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Peningkatan komunikasi, pelatihan dosen, dan kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kualitas pengajaran dan penelitian di perguruan tinggi swasta di Merauke.
