Rendahnya Efektivitas Literasi Digital dalam Menghadapi Narasi Intoleransi di Media Sosial: Pengembangan Model Socio-Emotional Digital Literacy dan Co-Created Counter-Narratives melalui Pendekatan Mixed-Methods pada Generasi Muda Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan, pertama, memetakan bentuk dan pola penyebaran narasi intoleransi di media sosial yang dikonsumsi generasi muda Indonesia serta menganalisis profil literasi digital mereka pada dimensi kognitif, sosioemosional, dan identitas dalam merespons narasi tersebut. Kedua, penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan dan menguji model socioemotional digital literacy beserta strategi cocreated counternarratives yang selaras dengan logika platform dan kultur digital generasi muda untuk memperkuat efektivitas kontranarasi intoleransi di ruang publik daring. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah mixedmethods dengan desain sequential explanatory. Tahap kuantitatif dilakukan melalui survei terhadap X responden generasi muda pengguna aktif media sosial di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia, menggunakan instrumen terstandar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kualitatif meliputi analisis konten narasi intoleransi di berbagai platform utama, focus group discussion, wawancara mendalam, serta lokakarya cocreation untuk merancang prototipe kontranarasi bersama partisipan muda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa narasi intoleransi tersebar melalui pola konten yang emosional, simplifikatif, dan berorientasi identitas, yang diperkuat oleh mekanisme algoritmik berbasis engagement. Profil literasi digital generasi muda relatif moderat pada dimensi kognitif, namun lemah pada dimensi sosioemosional dan pengelolaan identitas, sehingga membuat mereka rentan terhadap narasi eksklusif dan polarisasi. Model socioemotional digital literacy yang dikembangkan terbukti berkontribusi signifikan dalam menurunkan penerimaan terhadap narasi intoleran, khususnya ketika dikombinasikan dengan strategi cocreated counternarratives yang memanfaatkan bahasa, bentuk, dan estetika khas kultur media sosial anak muda. Penelitian ini menegaskan urgensi reorientasi program literasi digital menuju penguatan kapasitas sosioemosional dan partisipasi kolaboratif dalam produksi kontranarasi toleran yang berkelanjutan dan berakar pada pengalaman generasi muda sendiri.
